We are looking for a high-performing for Salesforce services sales.

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, a strong track record in enterprise software sales, and experience in managing complex sales cycles.

The role will be responsible for driving new business, building partner relationships, managing enterprise clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Own the full sales cycle for Salesforce consulting and implementation services

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline — 3X

Collaborate with Salesforce Account Executives and Alliances team on joint opportunities

Work with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft tailored Salesforce solutions

Lead proposal creation, pricing, contract negotiations, and deal closures

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data

Drive new business opportunities and build solid enterprise client relationships

Manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder engagement

10+ years of experience in B2B IT services / software sales

3+ years of experience focused on Salesforce services sales

Proven track record of closing $500K+ deals with enterprise clients

Strong understanding of Salesforce products, licensing, and partner ecosystem

Experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation services sales

Experience working with Salesforce Account Executives and Alliances teams

Strong proposal creation, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure experience

Ability to manage sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM data, and KPIs

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree required

MBA will be an added advantage

Salesforce certifications will be a plus

Strong enterprise client network

Experience in partner-led / alliance-led Salesforce opportunities

Strong ability to work with pre-sales and delivery teams
