Job Summary

We are looking for an professional Senior Content Writer with 4+ years of expertise in content creation, strategy, and management. The ideal candidate will not only craft compelling, humanized, and good-quality content but also manage the complete content lifecycle—including planning, assigning, reviewing, and auditing.

This role requires a blend of strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and leadership to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, SEO goals, and overall business objectives. We value authentic, thought-provoking writing and are looking for a professional who relies on their own creativity and expertise rather than using AI tools to generate complete drafts.

Key Responsibilities

- Write explicit, engaging, original, and humanized content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, and other digital assets.
- Write persuasive and engaging social media (SM) copies for corporate events, Public Relations (PR) initiatives, and Guest Posts (GP) to drive brand awareness and company promotion.
- Ensure all content connects authentically with human readers, using AI tools strictly for brainstorming or outlining rather than relying on them to generate entire articles.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update the Content Management System (CMS) for accurate publishing and organization, whenever required.
- Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps, update outdated material,



and modify existing content to improve SEO rankings and user engagement.
- Assign tasks to freelancers, ensuring deadlines, originality, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Review and edit team content for grammar, tone, style, SEO, AI-reliance, and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, sales and tech. teams to create impactful and cohesive content.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a consistent and authoritative brand voice across all communication channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, SEO practices, and content marketing innovations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in content writing and content strategy, specifically within the IT industry.
- Strong commitment to producing original, human-centric content. Must consistently pass AI-detection and plagiarism checks, demonstrating genuine subject matter expertise and creativity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing content calendars and leading content teams.
- Hands-on experience with popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content effectively.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strict attention to detail.
- Ability to seamlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide junior writers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
