Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable AI solutions using DBX Native Agent framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop algorithms and models to improve agent functionality and performance.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and recommend integration strategies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on AI best practices and methodologies.
- Work closely with product management teams to align AI solutions with business objectives. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,



Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI Architect with a focus on agent-based systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and distributed systems is a plus
