- Monitor daily plant generation.
- Check SCADA system and inverter performance.
- Track Performance Ratio (PR), availability, and alarms.
- Prepare daily operation reports.
- Identify and analyze faults in inverters, strings, combiner boxes, transformers, and switchgear.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for major technical problems.
- Minimize plant downtime.
- Execute and supervise preventive maintenance activities.
- Support corrective maintenance work.
- Ensure proper maintenance of solar modules, cables, and electrical systems.
- Maintain maintenance records.
- Analyze generation data and losses.
- Identify underperforming strings or equipment.
- Suggest improvements to increase plant efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety procedures.




- Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Conduct toolbox talks.
- Report safety incidents immediately.
- Conduct routine inspections of Solar Modules,MMS,Cables & Connection,Trafo,Switch yard,Identify physical damages or abnormalities.
- Maintain logbooks and maintenance records.
- Prepare technical reports for management.
- Document faults, downtime, and corrective actions.
- Monitor availability of critical spare parts.
- Inform higher management about material requirements.
- Support coordination with grid authorities during outages.
- Assist in synchronization and shutdown procedures.
