Role Description The Solar Industrial Affiliate (Lucknow) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting the planning, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems at industrial and commercial locations. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in site assessments, coordinating with technical teams during installation, monitoring system performance, and helping ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves maintaining documentation of projects, preparing basic reports, and supporting communication between clients and internal teams.

The affiliate may help in inventory checks,



troubleshooting minor operational issues under supervision, and participating in commissioning activities. This position is based in Lucknow and requires regular collaboration with engineering, operations, and customer support staff on active projects.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of solar power systems, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations, on-grid/off-grid/hybrid setups, and basic electrical concepts.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, site layouts, and project documentation for solar installations.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to support project tracking, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients in office.
- Comfort with field work, adherence to safety protocols, and readiness to follow standard operating procedures at industrial locations.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in electrical, mechanical, energy, or related engineering fields is preferred.
- Prior exposure to solar or renewable energy projects through internships, industrial training, or coursework is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lucknow and manage time effectively across multiple project activities.
