Job Overview

We are looking for a Creative and proactive Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands and clients. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Social Media Management, content planning, Audience engagement, ORM, Boosting, trend monitoring, and performance reporting.

Agency experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and suggest creative content ideas based on brand requirements, audience interests, and current trends.




- Stay updated with social media trends, Reels, trending audio, hashtags, and new platform features.
- Manage comments, messages, reviews, mentions, and ORM to maintain a positive brand presence.
- Plan and execute post boosting and Meta Ads campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Track social media metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, and content performance.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for improving brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure all deliverables are completed within timelines.

Required Skills

- 2 - 3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Brand and/or client social media accounts.
- Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good understanding of content planning, Reels, Stories, trends, and audience engagement.
- Experience in ORM and community management.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and post boosting.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva is must.
