Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across key platforms to support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, creating and publishing social media posts, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader digital marketing efforts, managing community interactions,



and staying up to date with platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, on-brand content for diverse audiences.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with online communities in a skilled manner.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) and the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in the MENA region and globally.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with creative teams or agencies and an interest in culturally-driven brand storytelling is a plus.
