? We’re hiring: Social Media & Content Intern — MONVUEWe’re building MONVUE, a modern contact lens brand, and we’re looking for someone who lives on Instagram and understands what makes people stop scrolling.

This is a full-time, hands-on role. You’ll work directly with the team to build MONVUE’s social presence, find and manage content creators, and turn ideas into videos that people actually want to watch.

What you’ll do

- Own day-to-day Instagram content and help grow MONVUE’s presence
- Find, reach out to and manage creators/influencers
- Brief creators and get videos made for Reels, ads & social
- Come up with content ideas, hooks, trends and formats
- Coordinate shoots and make sure content gets delivered




- Understand what’s trending on Instagram/TikTok before it becomes old news
- Look at what’s working and keep improving

Who we’re looking for

- You’re smart, internet-savvy and naturally curious
- You spend way too much time on Instagram — and can explain why a Reel works
- You understand creators, trends, hooks, aesthetics and internet culture
- You have a valuable eye for what looks cool
- You can communicate confidently with creators and get things done
- You don’t need everything spoon-fed to you
- Freshers welcome — show us your thinking, not just your resume
