Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Copywriting: Draft high-impact social posts, carousel scripts, and short-form video hooks centered on personal branding, career advancement, and resume optimization.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and maintain consistent publishing calendars across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Visual Asset Design: Produce clean, professional social creatives and infographics using Figma, Canva, or Adobe suite
- Community Engagement: Monitor incoming comments, mentions, and DMs to build active dialogue with job seekers, founders, and hiring managers.
- Trend & Competitor Research: Track viral formats across HR tech, LinkedIn creator spaces, and Gen-Z job-hunting communities to test fresh distribution angles.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly metrics (impressions,



CTR, handle registrations) to refine messaging based on data.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of major platforms and basic analytics.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation, Graphic design or video editing, including writing compelling copy and adapting content to different audiences.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage online communities and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with global career or HR tech trends, interest in personal branding, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Candidates should be organized, able to manage multiple tasks, comfortable working remotely, and currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., marketing, communications, business, or related fields).
