About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage and grow the company's digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating technical and non-technical content, designing social media creatives, producing/editing videos, and supporting campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Create engaging static creatives, carousels, infographics, short-form videos, and technical content.
- Convert complex technical/ cybersecurity concepts into simple, visually appealing and audience-friendly content.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create and edit videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Assist in creating YouTube videos, thumbnails, short videos, reels and promotional content.
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, scheduling and engagement.
- Support the planning, execution and monitoring of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports covering reach, engagement, leads, CTR, conversions, etc.
- Conduct industry and social media trend research.
- Coordinate with technical, sales and management teams to develop relevant content.
- Cover company events, webinars,



training sessions and product demonstrations through photos, videos and social media content.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone, messaging and visual communication.
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, algorithms and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing.
- Strong creative and visual communication skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with Canva, Coreldraw and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing.
- Good copywriting and content-writing skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical/technology/cybersecurity-related topics.
- Good knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Positive to Have

- Experience in B2B, technology, cybersecurity, or IT industry.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience with YouTube Studio and video optimization.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress/web content management.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CDR or similar platforms.
