Role Description

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients' social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube accounts
- Plan, create and schedule posts, reels, stories and other content
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers and content creators
- Write captions, content and creative briefs
- Research trends, hashtags, competitors and industry updates
- Manage daily posting and maintain consistent brand communication
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
- Analyze insights and recommend improvements
- Plan and coordinate campaigns,



promotions and special-day content
- Assist with social media advertising and paid campaigns
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends and best practices
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely deliverables

Qualifications

- 1+ year experience in Social Media Management
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Experience in content planning and content calendar management
- Basic graphic designing skills using Canva
- Good understanding of social media analytics and insights
- Strong content writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with positive attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with social media trends
