From everyday tasks like furniture assembly, moving help, cleaning, pickups, and event setup to online work such as design, video editing, development, and digital support, users can post tasks, receive offers, compare Hero profiles and ratings, hire the right person, communicate directly, and pay securely through the platform.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and social-media-savvy Social Media & Content Intern to help build Zylobi’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

You’ll work on real brand content, social campaigns, storytelling, Reels, carousels, and creative ideas while helping shape how Zylobi communicates with its audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube content
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, and other creatives
- Write captions, hooks, short-form copy, post text, and other social media content
- Develop storytelling concepts that explain Zylobi, its Heroes, tasks, and everyday use cases
- Brainstorm creative content ideas around trends, relatable situations, memes, and everyday problems
- Help plan and maintain the social media content calendar
- Assist in developing and executing Zylobi’s social media strategy
- Create educational content explaining how Zylobi works
- Develop content for product launches, campaigns, announcements,



features, and Hero stories
- Maintain consistent branding, tone, and messaging across platforms
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant content
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future posts
- Research competitors and marketplace/social-media trends
- Work closely with the founding, design, and marketing teams on new campaigns

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or any other field
- Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social platforms
- Good written communication and content-writing skills
- Strong sense of social media design and visual storytelling
- Ability to create engaging posts and carousels
- Basic to good video editing/Reel creation skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Understanding of social media trends, hooks, formats, and audiences
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-moving startup environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment and learn
