This is a hands-on role offering exposure to multiple areas of a growing brand. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, execute independently and learn quickly.

KRA'sSocial Media & Content

- Plan and execute social media content across relevant platforms.
- Develop Reels, posts, campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Track trends and identify opportunities to strengthen AirRight’s digital presence.

Meta Advertising

- Support the planning, execution and optimisation of Meta campaigns.
- Test audiences, creatives and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Amazon & E-commerce

- Support Amazon product listings, content and keyword optimisation.
- Assist with Amazon Ads and marketplace growth.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversion.

Sales & Lead Generation

- Identify potential B2B and B2C customers.




- Generate leads and manage follow-ups.
- Support the sales process and work with the Founder on high-value opportunities.

AI & Marketing Tools

- Use AI tools for content creation, creative development, video editing and marketing automation.
- Explore recent tools and ways to improve marketing productivity.

Who we are looking for:

- Strong interest in marketing, digital media and business growth
- Positive communication and creative thinking skills
- Comfortable working across marketing and sales
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Amazon, Canva and/or AI tools is an advantage
- Proactive, organised and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable working directly with the Founder
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience: 0–2 years | Strong freshers with relevant skills are welcome.
