Social Media Growth Lead

- Location: Gurgaon | Work from office
- Schedule: Full-time | Six days a week
- Experience: 3+ years growing social channels for consumer apps or technology brands.
- Compensation: ₹20–30 LPA (based on expertise) + ESOPs

WHO WE ARE

We're a team of IIT Delhi alumni building Dalvoy AI, the only platform an aspirant needs to crack any government exam in India.

Within just a few months of launch, 1 in every 5 UPSC aspirants is already using Dalvoy for their preparation. We've raised our seed round from leading venture capital firms in India and are now building the team for our next stage of growth.

We're looking for exceptional people to join us early, take real ownership and help build India's best test-prep platform.

THE CHANCE

Make Dalvoy a brand aspirants discover, follow and recommend organically. Build social channels people return to, and turn that audience into app users.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Develop an organic growth strategy across YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, X, Reddit and LinkedIn, adapted to each platform's audience and discovery patterns.
- Build a content strategy and editorial calendar for test-prep audiences. Own formats, hooks, titles, thumbnails and platform-specific content discovery (social SEO).
- Test content and distribution approaches to improve organic reach, click-through rate, watch time, audience retention and shares.
- Own community engagement and moderation. Build clear paths from social content to app visits and sign-ups.
- Hire and manage interns and creators as needed. Set clear briefs,



maintain content quality and keep production on schedule.
- Use social analytics to track organic channel growth and conversion to app traffic. Automate research, content repurposing and reporting.

WHAT YOU BRING

- A track record of growing social channels organically, with clear examples of your contribution.
- Practical understanding of platform algorithms, storytelling and audience behavior; ability to adapt content across formats and platforms.
- Experience managing content production and turning audience interest into app or website traffic. Familiarity with test-prep audiences is a plus.

AI FLUENCY

Hands-on experience with Claude, Codex or comparable tools to automate workflows, check outputs and improve efficiency is required.
