About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Social Media Executive with a solid understanding of digital trends, design aesthetics, and client relationship management. This role involves end-to-end management of client’s social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct creative research, for design references, and content for Social Media pages.
- Keep up with the on-going trends on Social media and create growth strategies for the client’s social media pages.
- Coordinate with in-house designers/editors to get posts, stories, and reels created as per brand guidelines.
- ⁠Ensure timely scheduling, posting, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms. (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn)




- Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Share content plans, take briefs, deliver the output, collect feedbacks & approvals.
- Track followers growth, posts performance, content engagement across social media platforms and create monthly reports.
- Shoot & edit reels from Phone when required for client’s social media pages.

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of digital trends and social media platforms.
- Hand-on experience with Canva and familiarity with design aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of Phone shooting/editing for reels.
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
