Cronax Industries is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing qualified to manage and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Position: Social Media & Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

(Based on experience and expertise)

Key Responsibility:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
- Develop strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
- Create and manage social media campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, including CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, reach, engagement, and ROI
- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize ads for better performance
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and segmentation
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives, copy, and campaign assets
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand communication




- Generate regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends, features, algorithms, and advertising practices across social platforms

Requirement:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing/social media advertising
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in B2B marketing / industrial / manufacturing / pharma / cleanroom sectors will be an added advantage
