About the RoleWe are looking for a Social Media Content Marketer who can create meaningful, platform-specific content for an IT/software business/SaaS and help build the online presence of technical founders and professionals.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to convert technical concepts, product experiences, business stories, and real-world use cases into engaging social media content posts, script for reels and videos without making it sound overly technical or generic.

You will work closely with founders, project and tech teams, and marketing to develop content for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, X, Reddit, Quora, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Research on the topic, content outlines, positioning & messaging that works well, gets the engagement.
- Develop and execute content for LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other social platforms.
- Have hands-on experience with LinkedIn ghostwriting, particularly for founders, entrepreneurs, and technical professionals.
- Write engaging Reel/video scripts, short-form content, hooks, captions, and social media copies.
- Understand technical/IT topics and convert them into simple, engaging, audience-friendly content.
- Create and repurpose technical content across platforms such as Reddit and Quora, while adapting the content according to each platform's audience and format.
- Work on the personal branding and content presence of technical founders and leadership profiles.
- Develop case studies, success stories, customer stories, and real-world business narratives.
- Convert project experiences and real business situations into compelling storytelling and pitch-oriented content.




- Assist in developing pitch decks, presentation content, and supporting narratives when required.
- Research industry trends, competitor content, technology topics, and relevant conversations to identify content opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand products, projects, use cases, and client challenges.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and content quality across platforms.
- Track content performance and continuously improve content based on engagement and audience response.

What We’re Looking For
- 1.5+ years of relevant experience in social media content, content writing, personal branding, or a similar role.
- Robust hands-on experience with LinkedIn ghostwriting and founder-led content.
- Experience writing Reel/video scripts and short-form social content.
- Good understanding of IT/software/technology-related content.
- Experience creating or repurposing content for Reddit and Quora.
- Strong storytelling ability with the ability to turn real experiences into engaging narratives.
- Experience working on case studies, success stories, pitch content, or business storytelling will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in a clear, simple, and engaging manner.
- Strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute content from idea to final copy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, CTOs, or technical leadership teams.
- Exposure to SaaS, software development, IT services, technology products, or digital businesses.
- Understanding of personal branding and thought-leadership content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT/AI writing tools, Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar content tools.
