Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the admission process, including understanding their academic background, career goals, and preferences, and recommending suitable UG, PG, MBA, and PGDM programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations via in-person meetings and calls, explaining course options, entrance pathways, and college requirements,



and supporting students with application forms, documentation, and timelines.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of student interactions, following up on leads, and collaborating with the counseling and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission journey. The counselor is also expected to build relationships with students, provide ongoing support, and contribute to outreach or sales activities aligned with the organization’s ethical and transparent guidance model.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for effective student engagement and counseling.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Education-related skills to support students throughout the admission and guidance process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage inquiries, convert leads, and promote appropriate academic programs ethically.
- Relevant experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education services is beneficial.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in education, management, or psychology is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple student cases, and use basic computer and CRM tools efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with clear and skilled communication in both spoken and written forms.
