Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and trend-savvy SMO Specialist / Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, research the latest trends, and create engaging content that increases brand visibility and audience engagement.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends and be comfortable creating posters, reels, short videos, and other visual content based on current trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Research latest social media trends, viral content, hashtags, reels, and competitor activities.
- Create creative and engaging social media posts, posters, reels, and short-form videos.
- Develop content ideas based on trending topics and audience interests.
- Coordinate with the content/marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Create or coordinate trend-based creatives and videos suitable for different platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,



and other platform algorithms and trends.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all social media channels.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Good understanding of current social media trends and viral content.
- Creative thinking and robust content research skills.
- Experience in designing posters/social media creatives.
- Basic to good video editing skills for Reels and short videos.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to generate fresh and creative content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Someone who actively follows Instagram/Reels and understands what makes content engaging.
- Candidates with a creative portfolio or previous social media work will be preferred.
- Experience in creating trend-based reels, memes, promotional videos, and social media creatives will be an advantage.
