- Regulatory Compliance: Lead pre-construction activities, ensuring all statutory clearances, including environmental and forest approvals, are obtained. Liaise with regulatory bodies such as DGMS, Pollution Control Board, and State Mining Offices to secure necessary permits. Manage land acquisition challenges and ensure smooth transition processes for mining operations. Develop and implement a comprehensive Safety Management Plan in compliance with DGMS norms, MMDR Act, and environmental laws. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training programs to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
