Role Description The Site Civil Engineer / Civil Draftsman will be responsible for overseeing daily civil construction activities at project sites in Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). This full-time, on-site role includes supervising work execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
The role involves planning and monitoring project schedules, managing site resources, and implementing quality control and safety standards.
The Site Civil
Engineer will review and interpret civil engineering designs,
assist with stormwater and drainage planning, prepare progress reports, and support timely resolution of site issues to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering expertise, including Civil Engineering Design and practical site implementation skills.
- Experience of a minimum 5-7 years in working on site, Planning and coordination of civil works, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related infrastructure standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team of Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary professionals on active construction sites.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience in site supervision for building, infrastructure, or township projects is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic design tools) and MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to adapt to dynamic site conditions.
- Having knowledge of various methods of measurement for Billing purposes and Project Management Consultancy.
Candidates with relevant experience in building/construction projects will be preferred.
