Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own solution, technical, integration, and data-flow architecture for ServiceNow programs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow platform designs and implementation approaches.
- Define architecture standards for applications, modules, tables, data, integrations, security, and workflows.
- Lead integration strategy across ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-based patterns.
- Review technical designs, assess risks and dependencies, and provide architectural governance across delivery teams.

Skills Required:

- 10+ years of experience, including significant ServiceNow solution architecture experience.




- Robust ServiceNow architecture experience with enterprise implementation and transformation programs.
- Hands-on expertise in SAML, LDAP, REST API, and SSO for secure platform and integration design.
- Ability to design scalable, upgrade-safe solutions for enterprise users, processes, and integrations.
- Experience guiding architecture decisions across security, data, integration, and platform strategy.

Good to Have:
- Workflow, Business Rules, and Service Portal experience in ServiceNow environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
