We're hiring: SEO & Performance Marketing Executive

Sage & Sandal is a recent wedding and event décor studio in Pune, from the team behind Rajyog Lawns. We need someone to get us found online and turn that into leads.
What you'll do
- Get us ranking on Google Maps and local searches like "wedding decorators in Pune" (Google Business Profile, reviews, listings like WedMeGood and Justdial)
- Handle website SEO, including keywords, on-page, and content
- Run Meta and Google Ads that bring in real enquiries, and keep improving cost per lead
- Track what's working and share a simple monthly report
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO and paid ads experience
- Has done local SEO for a business before (weddings, events or hospitality is a bonus)
- Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console
- Up to date with the latest AI tools, and knows how AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT) is changing SEO
- Can show real results, like rankings moved or leads generated
