About the Role
NIMS University Rajasthan is looking for a Senior SEO & AI Search Specialist to lead organic search growth across our healthcare, hospital and education websites.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role for someone who understands traditional SEO as well as the rapidly evolving landscape of AEO, GEO and AI-powered search.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for healthcare and education websites.
- Lead technical, on-page and off-page SEO initiatives.
- Conduct detailed website audits and identify technical SEO issues.
- Develop keyword, topic and content strategies based on search intent.
- Optimise website architecture, internal linking, metadata, schema and content.
- Develop strategies for AEO and visibility across AI-powered search experiences.
- Improve website visibility across Google Search and emerging AI search platforms.
- Analyse Google Search Console, GA4 and other SEO performance data.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and other SEO KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for featured snippets, PAA,
rich results and entity visibility.
- Work closely with developers, content writers, designers and marketing teams.
- Develop and maintain SEO reporting dashboards.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Stay updated with search algorithm changes and developments in AI search.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong expertise in technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Strong understanding of AEO, GEO and AI Search optimisation.
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile and SEO tools.
- Understanding of structured data/schema and website technical fundamentals.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Healthcare, hospital, university or education SEO experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable organic growth.
