Role Description The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for leading the design of user-centered web and mobile interfaces, from concept to final delivery, in a full-time on-site role based in Guindy. Daily tasks include conducting user research, translating requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes, and designing intuitive, visually appealing layouts that align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine user flows, define interaction patterns, and ensure a consistent design language across platforms.

The Senior UI/UX Designer will also review and improve existing interfaces, perform usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to optimize user experience and business outcomes. Mentoring junior designers,



contributing to design standards, and staying current with UI/UX best practices and emerging trends are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong UI design skills, including expertise in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- UX-focused skills in user research, persona creation, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
- Experience conducting usability testing, gathering user feedback, and iterating designs based on data and insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions clearly, and present work to stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of responsive design principles and an understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints to ensure feasible implementations.
- Proven experience designing web and mobile interfaces for diverse industry sectors; agency or product company background is an advantage.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including senior-level responsibilities and a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, a user-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
