Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in recruiting for US Accounting, US Taxation, US Audit, Finance, and other Non-IT professional roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, global hiring initiatives, stakeholder management, talent mapping, and high-volume domestic hiring.

This role requires the ability to partner with business leaders, understand niche accounting and finance skill requirements, build talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while maintaining a solid candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across domestic and global hiring programs, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding, while ensuring hiring targets and timelines are met.
- Lead recruitment for US Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Assurance, Finance, and other Non-IT roles, with the ability to understand niche technical requirements and identify qualified talent.
- Manage high-volume and specialized hiring across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Shared Services, Corporate Support, Compliance, and other professional functions, while building talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
- Support global, offshore, and remote recruitment, collaborating with international stakeholders and hiring managers across multiple time zones while ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and assessment, evaluating technical competencies, accounting/tax/audit experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and client-facing capabilities to deliver high-quality shortlists.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define hiring priorities, provide market intelligence, and influence hiring decisions through consultative recruitment practices.




- Develop proactive talent pipelines and talent maps using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Boolean search, headhunting, referrals, and other advanced sourcing strategies to identify niche and hard-to-find talent.
- Monitor and optimize recruitment performance by tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and offer-to-join ratios, while identifying opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and leadership reports, providing regular updates on hiring progress, talent availability, market trends, recruitment challenges, and overall hiring performance.
- Manage recruitment partners and vendors, including coordination, performance monitoring, and recruitment budgets where applicable, while ensuring adherence to organizational hiring policies and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
