Role Description:

The Senior Site Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that construction activities align with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Engineer will coordinate with civil and structural engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain project timelines. Typical tasks include supervising site execution, conducting quality checks, reviewing drawings, managing documentation, and reporting site status to project leadership. The individual will also support resource planning, assist in inspections, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; advanced certifications in construction management or quality assurance is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing daily construction activities and interfacing with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with project teams, contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities while drafting MOM's & Correspondence.
- Experience in quality control, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and adherence to specifications and safety standards.




- Sound knowledge of structural engineering concepts and their application in execution and problem-solving on site.
- Background as a civil engineer, with familiarity in civil construction practices, codes, and site management processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, using project management tools, and preparing technical reports and documentation.
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, or transportation is preferred.
- Ability to lead site teams, make timely decisions, and maintain high standards of safety, ethics, and professionalism.
