ServiceNow Developer

Total Experience: 5 years

- Extensive IT experience working within a large enterprise on implementation projects. - Proficient in configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps. - Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules and integration with third-party applications. - Skilled in using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow API, and Integration Hub. - Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, providing input to developers and working as an individual contributor. - Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly. - Develop system documentation, including process flows and design documents. - Oversee upgrade cycles and implement current release features to support business users.



- Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodology and service offerings based on user feedback. - Mentor junior team members as needed. - Work to extend ServiceNow capabilities across geographies and departments. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - CAD and Implementation certifications are preferred.
