Role Description:

- The Senior Operations Manager / Branch Operations Manager – Security Field Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
- This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including planning, coordinating, and supervising security field teams across client sites.
- The individual will manage deployment schedules, ensure adherence to service-level agreements, and maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client-specific standards.
- Key tasks include monitoring performance and deliverables as per SLAs, conducting site audits, resolving operational issues,



and collaborating with clients to understand requirements and continuously improve service delivery.
- The role also involves managing field operations team, optimizing resource utilization, supporting business growth initiatives, and mentoring team to maintain high levels of professionalism, minimize shortages and maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in operations management within security services or related industries, including branch or field operations oversight
- Strong leadership, team supervision, and people management capabilities, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop staff
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, with attention to cost control and operational efficiency
- Sound understanding of security procedures, risk management practices, and compliance with local regulations and client policies
- Effective client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to handle escalations and negotiate solutions.
- Capability to analyze operational data, prepare reports, and use metrics to drive performance improvements
- Comfort with using basic digital tools and security systems (e.g., guard management software, incident reporting platforms) for monitoring and coordination
- Prior experience managing multi-site operations
- Ability to work extended hours or shifts when required, and to respond promptly to operational emergencies or client needs
