With a strong focus on design, manufacturing excellence, and a D2C-led business model, Frido operates across product development, manufacturing, supply chain, retail and e-commerce. /n /n We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain / Production Planning professional who can take ownership of production planning and execution across Frido's 3P (third-party manufacturing) ecosystem . /n /n The Role /n The role will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, capacity planning and manufacturing coordination across Frido's 3P manufacturing partners . /n This person will act as the bridge between Demand Planning, Procurement, 3P Manufacturers, Quality, Warehousing and Business teams , ensuring that the right products are manufactured at the right time, in the right quantities and at the right cost . /n The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, comfortable working with multiple manufacturing partners and capable of balancing forecast, inventory, capacity, material availability and service levels . /n /n Key Responsibilities /n 1.

Production

Planning & Scheduling /n /n

- Own the monthly, weekly and daily production planning for 3P manufacturing partners.

/n

- Translate demand forecasts and inventory requirements into executable production plans.

/n

- Develop SKU-level production schedules based on:

- Manufacturing capacity

- Lead times

- Customer service requirements.

- Ensure adherence to production plans and proactively identify deviations.

- Drive production plan revisions based on changes in demand, supply constraints or business priorities.

/n /n 2. 3P Manufacturing Management /n /n

- Manage production planning and execution across a portfolio of third-party manufacturers.

/n

- Establish production commitments and timelines with manufacturing partners.

/n

- Track Plan vs Actual (PVA) production performance.

/n

- Identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions with vendors.

/n

- Build strong operating rhythms with 3P partners through regular reviews and performance dashboards.

/n





- Work with manufacturers to improve capacity utilization, productivity and adherence to committed schedules .

Capacity

Planning /n /n

- Build and maintain SKU/category-wise and vendor-wise capacity plans .

/n

- Map available vs required manufacturing capacity based on demand forecasts.

/n

- Identify future capacity constraints and initiate mitigation plans.

/n

- Work with vendors on:

- Line balancing

- Shift planning

- Alternate manufacturing arrangements.

- Support onboarding and capacity assessment of new manufacturing partners.

- Coordinate closely with Procurement and suppliers to ensure RM/PM availability for planned production.

- Identify material shortages that could impact production schedules.

/n

- Develop a clear view of material readiness vs production requirements .

/n

- Escalate and resolve supply constraints proactively.

/n

- Work with Procurement and vendors to reduce material-related production downtime.

/n /n 5. Inventory & Supply Planning /n /n

- Balance production requirements against inventory health and working capital objectives .

/n /n 6. Cross-functional Coordination /n /n Work closely with: /n Demand Planning → Procurement → Product → Quality → 3P Manufacturing → Warehousing → Logistics → Finance → Sales/D2C /n to ensure seamless execution of the supply plan. /n /n

- Participate in S&OP; / supply review meetings.

- Highlight supply risks and recommend mitigation plans.

- Ensure production priorities are aligned with business priorities.

- Hands-on experience managing 3P / contract / outsourced manufacturing is highly preferred.

- Experience handling multiple manufacturing partners/vendors .
