We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing plant , with a strong focus on plant manpower hiring, employee engagement, attendance, compliance, and day-to-day HR activities . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant HR, preferably in the FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharma, or Manufacturing industry . /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant manpower , including Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Packaging, Operators, Supervisors, and other plant roles.

/n

- Plan and manage manpower requirements in coordination with Production and other department heads.

/n

- Handle joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee records .

/n

- Manage daily attendance, shifts, late marks, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs .

/n

- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and company procedures at the plant.

/n

- Maintain statutory HR records and coordinate for PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and other applicable statutory requirements .

/n

- Coordinate with plant management for manpower productivity, retention,



and workforce planning .

/n

- Conduct employee engagement activities, training coordination, and induction programs .

/n

- Prepare and maintain HR MIS and plant manpower reports .

/n

- Coordinate with management and department heads on performance, disciplinary matters, and employee concerns .

/n

- Support performance reviews, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits/F&F; .

/n

- Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with company policies.

/n /n /n Requirements: /n /n

- 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR .

/n

- Experience in plant-level recruitment and blue-collar/operational hiring is preferred.

/n

- Candidates from Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, Pharma, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

/n

- Robust knowledge of attendance, payroll inputs, employee relations, recruitment, and statutory compliance .

/n

- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
