- Manage day-to-day corporate legal and compliance activities.
- Ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory compliances.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and compliance trackers.
- Assist with corporate governance, board documentation, and legal documentation.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify compliance gaps and support timely resolution.
Requirements:
- LLB/LLM mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in corporate compliance is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Good legal drafting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
