About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of experience in visual design, digital content creation, and video production. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing high-quality static creatives and be proficient in creating and editing engaging video content using both traditional and AI-powered tools.

This role requires a blend of design excellence, storytelling ability, and familiarity with emerging AI technologies to create compelling marketing and brand assets across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create visually appealing static creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and other branding initiatives. - Develop marketing collaterals, banners, brochures, infographics, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines. - Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate concepts into impactful visual designs. - Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative assets.

Video Creation & Editing

- Create engaging video content for social media, advertising campaigns, product promotions, and internal communications. - Leverage AI-powered tools to generate video concepts, animations, voiceovers, and visual assets. - Edit raw footage, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and audio to produce high-quality videos. - Optimize video content for different platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and company websites.

AI-Driven Creative Production





- Utilize AI design and video tools to improve creative output, productivity, and content quality. - Stay updated with emerging AI trends, tools, and workflows relevant to graphic design and video production. - Experiment with innovative creative formats using generative AI technologies.

AI Creative Tools

- Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI image-generation tools - Runway, Pika, Kling, Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar AI video-generation platforms - Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation workflows

Core Competencies

- Strong visual design and typography skills - Excellent understanding of color theory, layouts, and branding principles - Ability to create compelling visual storytelling through static and video content - Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video content creation. - A strong portfolio showcasing static creatives, video editing projects, and AI-generated creative work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with marketing, branding, or digital agencies. - Understanding of social media content trends and platform-specific creative requirements. - Knowledge of motion graphics and animation. - Experience creating performance marketing creatives for paid advertising campaigns.
