Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership and mentorship responsibilities - Solid backend development experience using .NET and REST APIs - Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS - Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code - Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization - Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions - Experience with Angular
