What is in it for you?

As a Snowflake Architect - Data Architect, you will be responsible for leading enterprise data modernization initiatives, defining target-state data architectures, and driving the transformation of legacy data warehouse ecosystems into scalable Cloud-native payer domain platforms on Snowflake and Azure.

Responsibilities: -

- Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale data and AI platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native technologies.
- Define platform strategy, reference architectures, and engineering standards for modern data ecosystems.
- Drive development of metadata-driven and highly scalable data platforms processing hundreds of millions of records.




- Provide technical leadership for distributed systems, data lakes, lakehouse architectures, and large-scale analytics solutions.
- Lead engineering teams across design, development, deployment, and operational excellence activities.
- Partner with business and healthcare stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Drive adoption of GenAI and AI-powered capabilities across enterprise data platforms.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, governance, auditability, security, and reliability requirements.
- Lead modernization initiatives migrating legacy workloads to Snowflake and Databricks environments.
- Perform architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and performance optimization activities.
- Establish CI/CD, observability, and DevOps best practices for data engineering teams.
- Guide cloud implementations across AWS and Azure environments.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and technical leads while fostering engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient solutions.
- Drive innovation, automation, platform governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualifications: -

- Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
