Role details -

- Own the content strategy across social, campaigns, product launches, creators, website, email and performance creatives
- Think in campaigns and ideas, not just individual posts - from insight and concept to execution
- Make complex science and product benefits simple, interesting and credible
- Lead creative production across shoots, creators, designers, editors and external partners
- Build creator collaborations that feel authentic to the brand
- Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent creative and brand voice
- Track what is working, learn from performance and continuously raise the creative bar

Role Requirements -

- Strong creative thinking with the ability to take an idea from concept to execution
- Excellent understanding of social-first content, campaigns and storytelling




- Comfortable working across brand and performance-led content
- Strong communication, project management and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and an instinct for what makes content genuinely good

- You think beyond content calendars and individual posts
- You can turn a complex product or idea into something people understand and remember
- You have solid creative taste and aren't afraid to challenge average work
- You enjoy working in fast-moving environments where you have real ownership
- You care about building brands, not just generating content
- You are curious, hands-on and constantly looking for ways to make the work better

- You’ve worked with a D2C, consumer, FMCG or lifestyle brand.
- You’ve led photoshoots, video production or creator campaigns.
- You’ve worked on product launches or integrated campaigns.
- You understand how content connects with performance and business outcomes.
