We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can lead projects with confidence, bring strategic thinking into the creative process, and elevate the quality of work across the studio.

This role goes beyond execution. You'll be expected to translate business challenges into thoughtful design solutions, guide projects from concept to completion, and help shape how brands are experienced across multiple touchpoints.

You'll work closely with founders, strategists, and fellow designers while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the studio's creative standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead branding and packaging projects from concept to final delivery
- Develop brand identities, visual systems, and packaging solutions
- Translate strategy into compelling visual narratives
- Present concepts and rationale internally and to clients
- Guide and mentor junior designers and interns
- Review work and ensure consistency across deliverables
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams




- Explore and implement new tools, workflows, and AI-assisted creative processes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 4-7 years of relevant branding or design experience
- Robust portfolio showcasing identity and packaging projects
- Excellent understanding of branding systems and visual communication
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong typography, layout, and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- Experience managing projects independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Positive attitude towards feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning
