Senior Associate – Taxation & Compliance

R S A V & Company, Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced professional to join our team at Bhopal.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies and other assessees. - Handling GST compliances and return filings. - Handling TDS compliances and return filings. - Handling PF and ESIC compliances and return filings. - Periodic review of accounting records and backups. - Preparation of financial statements, audit reports, certificates and other professional reports. - Coordination with clients for collection of information, documents and statutory records. - Maintenance of proper physical and digital client records. - Managing and coordinating with the team to ensure timely completion of assignments. - Handling audit assignments and ensuring timely completion and submission of reports. - Undertaking other taxation, audit, compliance and professional assignments as entrusted by the Partners.

Eligibility

Candidates meeting any of the following criteria may apply:





- Chartered Accountant (CA); or - Cost Accountant (CMA); or - Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience; or - Semi-Qualified Cost Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience; or - Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Chartered Accountant firm or taxation and compliance profile.

Desired Skills

- Strong working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF and ESIC compliances. - Sound accounting and financial reporting knowledge. - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. - Good communication, client-handling and team-management skills. - Professional approach with the ability to independently handle assignments and meet statutory deadlines.

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, experience and professional capabilities.
