About the Role

We are looking for an AI Systems Builder — a Senior AI Engineer who can take an AI problem all the way from business requirement to solution architecture, development, deployment, and production ownership.

This is not a role for someone who just experiments with LLMs or ships demos. We need someone who can understand a real business problem, identify where AI can genuinely create value, build the solution, integrate it with existing systems, deploy it to production, and own the outcome end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate ambiguous business problems into practical, production-ready AI solutions
- Design and build LLM-powered applications and AI agents
- Build production-grade RAG systems, AI workflows, and intelligent automation
- Integrate AI solutions with existing APIs, backend systems, and enterprise applications
- Work with documents, unstructured data, and real business workflows
- Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, and end-to-end AI system architectures
- Deploy and operate AI solutions on the cloud
- Partner with engineering and business teams to continuously improve AI systems
- Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and techniques for real business value
- Own performance, reliability, scalability, and business outcomes of what you ship

Technical Requirements

Must-Have

- Strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI




- Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI systems
- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Prompt engineering expertise
- REST APIs and backend system integration
- AI application architecture design
- Cloud deployment experience
- Proven ability to build production-ready systems, not just proofs of concept

Good to Have

- OCR / Document Intelligence
- LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI
- OpenAI APIs, Claude / Anthropic, Gemini
- Docker
- Vector Databases
- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and optimization
- Prior Machine Learning experience

Experience

- 4+ years of professional software/AI engineering experience
- Proven track record of shipping projects from requirements through production deployment
- Demonstrated ability to move between business discussions, architecture, coding, and deployment
- Willingness to train custom models when required
