Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and statutory compliances. The candidate should be capable of independently managing accounting operations and meeting statutory deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Sales & purchase entry posting in Tally Prime

✔ GST compliance – GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, GSTR-9 filing and payments

✔ Monthly TDS return filing and tax payments

✔ Bank entries, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments

✔ Cash book maintenance and MIS reporting

✔ E-invoice generation and daily sales reconciliation

✔ Debtors ageing, outstanding follow-ups, and party coordination

✔ Preparation of MIS, sales & profitability reports

✔ Finalization of accounts (monthly & yearly)

✔ Payroll processing, salary provisions & payments





✔ PF, ESIC & PT filings with timely payments

✔ Credit & debit note accounting in Tally

✔ Maintenance of statutory and company documents

✔ Compliance with MSME regulations

✔ Preparation of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

✔ Knowledge of Clause 44 of Form 3CD (GST expenditure reporting)

Skills Required

? Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime

? Valuable understanding of GST, Income Tax & Indian statutory compliances

? Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

? Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

? Strong communication & coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

? B.Com / M.Com

? CA Inter / CA Final (appearing or passed) – preferred

? 3–6 years of relevant accounting & taxation experience
