Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs. - Handle general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting. - Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits. - Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports. - Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning. - Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting policies. - Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants,



and regulatory authorities. - Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com); M.Com/CA Inter/CA Qualified will be an added advantage. - Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in an NBFC. - Solid hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Ind AS, and RBI regulations. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. - Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in the NBFC or Financial Services industry is mandatory. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance. - High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Ability to lead a team and drive continuous process improvements.
