? – Scrum MasterWe are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify and remove impediments and blockers affecting the team.
- Coach and guide the Scrum team on Agile/Scrum practices.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve dependencies and blockers.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
- Promote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Track and report team performance and sprint progress.
- Use Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage and track work.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
- Experience in a software development environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Jira/Confluence or similar Agile tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
