Senior SAP SD + CCM / Settlement Management Consultant

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution and Condition Contract Management (Settlement Management). The consultant will be responsible for product development, leading customer-facing product implementations, ongoing product support, solution enhancements, and continuous innovation of SAP-based products and accelerators.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Core Functional competency & Project Deliverables

Must have robust hands-on configuration and business process knowledge in:

Sales & Distribution: Sales Order Management, Quotations and Contracts, Deliveries and Shipping, Billing and Invoice Processing, Returns Management, Intercompany Sales, Third-Party Sales, Consignment Processes, Credit & Debit Memo Processing, Free Goods Processing, Output Management, Revenue Account Determination, Pricing - Condition Tables, Access Sequences, Condition Types, Pricing Procedures, Requirement Routines, Pricing Formulas, Rebate and Incentive Scenarios, Troubleshooting Pricing Issues.

Condition Contract Management (CCM) / Settlement Management: Sales Rebates, Purchasing Rebates, Chargebacks, Royalties. Configuration Condition Contract Configuration, Condition Contract Types, Business Volume Determination, Settlement Settings, Contract Partner Determination, Settlement Processes.





Strong understanding of integration between: SD ↔ MM, SD ↔ FI/CO, SD ↔ PP, etc.

· Minimum 2 S/4 HANA implementations and support experience

· SAP ERP Cloud (Public Cloud) experience is a plus.

· Desirable to have Product Development experience.

Condition Contract Management (CCM) is Mandatory which is Hands on exposure.

Exposure and experience in Activate, Agile development methodology and tools.

· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including industry principals, and customers, to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP products.

· Functional Design: Design and define the functional architecture, business processes, and system configurations for SAP products. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and SAP standards.

· Test the SAP solution for accuracy and fulfilment of requirements.

· Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts to verify the functionality and quality of SAP products. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the product meets the defined specifications and standards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to Product development and support activities, including Product documentation ex: user, configuration, etc

· Product Support and Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving functional issues and support customer inquiries related to SAP products.

Collaborate with support teams to address and troubleshoot reported problems, providing timely resolutions and updates to stakeholders.
