Role : SAP OTC/MM Functional Consultant

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Functional Consultant with robust SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and legacy/third-party integration experience to support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support SAP SD/O2C including sales orders, pricing, credit management, ATP, delivery, shipping, billing, and output management.
- Handle integrations with MM, WM, FI, EDI, logistics platforms, and legacy ERP systems.
- Perform incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem resolution within SLAs.
- Work with ABAP, BASIS, middleware, and integration teams on interfaces, enhancements, reports, workflows, and jobs.
- Support UAT, regression testing,



patch validation, and change impact assessments.
- Assist with change requests, enhancements, releases, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements and preventive solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Participate in on-call/extended production support as required.
