About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA & Central Finance (CFIN) Functional Consultant to support ECC to S/4HANA Finance migration, Central Finance replication, and S/4HANA FSCM transformation programs. The role centers on finance data migration, real-time replication, reconciliation, validation, and cutover activities — ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across global systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Support ECC to S/4HANA Finance migration and Central Finance (CFIN) implementation projects.
- Configure and manage real-time replication of financial data from source ECC systems into Central Finance using SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation).
- Handle finance data migration activities — mapping, transformation, and load of FI/CO master and transactional data.
- Perform reconciliation and validation between source and target systems post-migration/replication.
- Support cutover planning and execution for finance transformation projects.
- Configure core FI modules — GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
- Configure CO modules — Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing.
- Work on S/4HANA FSCM — Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management.




- Ensure compliance and accuracy of financial reporting across global/multi-country landscapes.
- Coordinate with technical/Basis teams on CFIN system connectivity, replication monitoring, and error handling.
- Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for finance transformation deliverables.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training material.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA Finance migration or CFIN implementation.
- Working knowledge of Central Finance architecture — replication, mapping, reconciliation.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM (Credit/Collections/Dispute Management).
- Good understanding of finance data migration tools and methods (LTMC/LTMOM, Migration Cockpit, or similar).
- Strong reconciliation and validation skills between legacy and target financial systems.
- Experience with cutover planning and go-live support.
- Valuable understanding of integration points with MM, SD, and other cross-functional modules.

Good to Have

- Experience working on global rollout / multi-country finance projects.
- Exposure to SAP Group Reporting or Central Finance-based reporting.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
- Experience with SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server) configuration.
