Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP FICO - Configure SAP FI/CO modules based on business and functional requirements - Work on core finance areas including: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Fixed Assets (FA) - Cost Center Accounting - Profit Center Accounting - Internal Orders - Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts - Participate in full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects - Support UAT and help identify issues in business processes, documentation, and system functionality - Work closely with ABAP/development teams to translate custom requirements into technical solutions - Support testing of SAP developments and validate delivered solutions - Ensure proper integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, and PS - Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design - Support local and global teams in functional design,



configuration changes, and testing activities - Contribute to project documentation, implementation support, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO - At least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation - Strong hands-on experience in: - SAP FICO - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - General Ledger - Asset Accounting - Positive understanding of: - Cost Center Accounting - Profit Center Accounting - Internal Orders - Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration - Experience in writing Functional Specifications - Experience in preparing Test Scripts - Good knowledge of FICO integration with MM, SD, and PS - Good understanding of SAP project implementations, integrations, and finance peripheral applications - Strong experience in analysis, design, testing, implementation, and documentation

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to SAP Central Finance - Strong understanding of finance business processes - Ability to read, interpret, and administer functional specifications - Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
