We’re Hiring: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Expert

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital touchpoints.

This role combines campaign strategy, technical implementation, data management, integrations, testing, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement customer journeys using Journey Builder
- Build automated campaigns and workflows using Automation Studio
- Develop email campaigns using Email Studio and Content Builder
- Create and manage Data Extensions, subscriber data, segmentation, and audience logic
- Write SQL queries for segmentation, data transformation, and reporting
- Configure triggered and scheduled campaigns across multiple channels
- Build personalized content using AMPscript and dynamic content
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms
- Work with APIs, SFTP, middleware, and data-mapping processes
- Manage consent, subscription preferences, suppression lists, and unsubscribe processes
- Test campaign logic, personalization, links, content, and email rendering
- Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, and data quality
- Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements based on campaign results
- Troubleshoot journey, automation, data, and integration issues
- Maintain campaign documentation, process guides, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, product, analytics, and development teams

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end SFMC projects
- Solid experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Advanced knowledge of Data Extensions, segmentation, and subscriber management




- Solid SQL skills for querying and transforming marketing data
- Experience with AMPscript and email personalization
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and campaign best practices
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and consent management
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns or projects

Certification RequirementCandidates should hold at least one relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification, such as:
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant

- Marketing Cloud Connect
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud
- Mobile Studio and Advertising Studio
- Salesforce Data Cloud or other customer data platforms
- Einstein features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Datorama or Marketing Cloud Intelligence
- CloudPages and SSJS
- eCommerce or B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, or similar platforms

- Campaign-building processes become more efficient and scalable
