Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full time hybrid role based in Rajnandgaon, with a mix of on-site client and factory visits and some work from home flexibility. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for conveyor belt products, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with key accounts in target industries such as steel, mining, cement, and power. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating technical discussions with internal teams, and tracking sales performance against targets.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will also plan and implement promotional campaigns,



manage digital and offline marketing activities, analyze market trends and competitor offerings, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. Collaboration with production, logistics, and finance teams is required to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in B2B industrial products or capital goods.
- Marketing knowledge covering strategy, campaign planning, and basic digital marketing practices.
- Ability to analyze market data, customer requirements, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including travel to client sites, plants, and regional industry locations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in conveyor belts, industrial equipment, or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or sales tracking software).
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
