Position: B2C Sales Executive – Solar

? What You’ll Do:

- Generate and manage solar leads.
- Meet residential customers and understand their energy requirements.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Present solar solutions, savings, pricing, and ROI.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Own the sales journey from lead generation to order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for survey, installation, and project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

? What We’re Looking For




- 1–3 years of experience in B2C / Field Sales, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
