About Monica'sMonica's is a food & beverage brand with a legacy dating back to 1994. We operate outlets in Chandigarh Tricity, along with a growing cloud kitchen in Gurugram. As we expand into recent channels from food festivals and corporate catering to online delivery and brand collaborations we're building out our marketing and sales function to match.

About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Sales Manager to drive brand growth and revenue across our outlets, cloud kitchen, and online channels. This is a high-ownership role for someone equally comfortable planning a digital campaign, closing a corporate catering deal, and representing at a local food festival.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital (social media, WhatsApp, online listings) and offline (in-store collateral, local activations) channels
- Manage and grow the brand's presence on online food delivery/aggregator platforms
- Identify and manage brand collaborations, cross-promotions, and retail tie-ups
- Plan and represent the brand at food festivals, RWA/society pop-ups, and community events
- Coordinate with design/creative resources on in-store posters, packaging, and promotional material
- Track campaign performance and customer engagement, and report on ROI
- Good at shooting Food/lifestyle content on phone
- Is comfortable with basic basic in-app video and image editing

Sales





- Drive revenue growth across all outlets and the cloud kitchen
- Develop corporate and institutional sales channels (e.g., office catering, bulk/corporate orders)
- Build and manage relationships with distribution, retail, and aggregator partners
- Identify new sales channels and business development opportunities
- Monitor sales performance, pricing, and competitor activity, and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally in F&B;, QSR, hospitality, or FMCG
- Proven track record of running campaigns and driving revenue growth
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and online food delivery/aggregator platforms
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel between Gurugram and Chandigarh/Mohali as needed
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel; familiarity with WhatsApp Business or similar tools is a plus
